These terms cover the Groove Nation Radio website, live player and community chat. By using these services, you agree to the following rules. For questions, contact info@groovenationradio.com.
The player lets you listen to the station’s stream. Availability can be affected by maintenance, your internet connection or the stream provider. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate the station or use automated systems to flood the site.
Keep messages respectful and suitable for a family audience. Do not post abuse, hate speech, threats, explicit material, spam, advertisements or someone else’s private information. Choose your own guest name without pretending to be a DJ or moderator. Guest chat does not accept links. Do not publish material you do not have permission to share.
Messages, song requests and shout-outs are public. The DJ decides what to respond to or play, and may read your guest name and message on air. Sending a request does not guarantee that it will be broadcast.
You remain responsible for what you post and retain any rights you have in it. You give the station permission to display your posts in the room and use requests or shout-outs during the broadcast. The station may hide content or restrict access when needed to enforce these rules and protect listeners. Use the report control beside a message to alert the team.
Presenter accounts are provided by station management. Keep your login details private, use your own account and tell the manager if you suspect someone else has access. Go on air and Take over on air change the name displayed on the website; your normal broadcasting system controls the audio.
Music, branding, images and website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Listening access does not give you permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit that material. Any further use needs the appropriate permission.
Our privacy policy explains how the radio services use information and how to contact us about it. We may update these terms as the service changes. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
